He replaced the fuse and a week later it blew the fuse again it worked for a week and blew it again there is something wrong with the dryer that is blowing out these fuses but he won’t come back out here I need a new technician or another appliance company

GE Fridge repair: Identified two problems and fixed neither, after months and multiple visits. To their credit, they tried, and refunded all but the initial visit fee, so they get two stars instead of one, but cannot recommend.

My dryer stopped working yesterday. I created a project on Angi this morning. Daryl called me within one hour. I described the symptoms to him over the phone and he offered to stop by this afternoon. He suggested it's probably a small problem and worth fixing. He showed up exactly at the appointment time and fixed it quickly. I definitely will recommend this company.

Daryl and Bill were amazing considering the challenge they were present within a very small space they made it work. I had been communicating with Daryl over the last week. He’s been nothing but professional and helpful and has a sense of humor. Anybody will be lucky to have him and his friend Bill work in their home.

Tech came to the house. was here for less than 5 minutes. Told us they would order the part and reschedule for a few days. Paid $109 for them to come out and was told that would go toward my service. Next day I called to get an estimate on the work. I was assuming the process was moving forward. They informed me that they emailed me an update. Checking my email, all I saw was the receipt for the visit. Person on the call informed me that I need to click on the receipt. In doing so I found this, "The drum needs new instillation around the front but Samsung does not sell it separate. Drum is no longer available." That was it. they could not get the part. I found it online in 2 minutes, but they could not find it. No recommendation, no follow up just a simple line on the receipt that says part is not available. Not even a recommendation to try to find the part ourselves, or get rid of the machine. They simply washed their hands of it via a simple Line on a receipt that I never would have scrutinized had I not called. This was a total cash grab on their part.

Contacted Wooten to do some routine dryer vent hose cleaning and replacement and to help stack our existing washer and dryer. From the beginning, they did not seem to understand the scope of the request and charged us $35 to send someone out for all of two minutes to validate what I already communicated on the phone. After agreeing to the project and saying they would call me to schedule a time for service, I waited a day and did not hear back, then called and left them a message which they never returned. Don't waste your time or money with a company that doesn't value yours!

They came on July 1. Said it needed a sealer. Said they would be back on Monday or Tuesday. Paid $109 for visit. Have not heard from them since. We have called several times. Once we talk to a person who was going to check with the technician. Next we left voice mail messages. I’m giving them a 2 instead of a 1 because they did show up the first time.

Recommended replacing freezer and door ice makers. I noticed freezer not was at the normal temperature and reported to service manager. They then found that it needed an evaporator fan and cancelled the two ice makers.

I have no problem with the technician who came to diagnose the dishwasher problem and then later install the part, but every interaction with the office staff has been frustrating and very late. For both appointments, I was not contacted with the time window the day before the appt. Both times I had to email them the night before the appt to repeatedly ask for the time window so I could be sure someone would be at home then. At the first appt, I was overcharged, so I contacted their support email address to let them know about the problem. No one responded to me that same day, and the Price Quote document they sent was also incorrect. I clicked to request a change to the price quote. No response. I emailed the support email address about the Price Quote being incorrect. They finally corrected the price quote document to reflect the overcharge a few days later, but no one from the office took the time to let me know about it. I only noticed that the document had been corrected in their system by chance 6 days after being overcharged. We're going to have to find a different appliance repair company.

Daryl was awesome! We thought the LG Dryer heating element was broken as it kept shutting down with an error signal. Daryl diagnosed the problem and it turned out to be a clogged vent. He saved us costly repairs. We also had a Bosch Dishwasher with a tough to replace pump. He did the job in no time. I will recommend Daryl and Wooten every chance I get.

Agreed to wait a week for an appt, but after technician left the washing machine still did not work. I was told that I'd need to wait another week for another appt. I asked for a refund if they could not come out sooner. After 2 phone calls & 2 emails & 2 days, I was told that they would not issue a refund, that they have a policy that they must make two attempts to repair the machine. This was the first I'd hear of that policy. I have a household of 7 people including 4 children so being without the washing machine another week was not an acceptable option. Wooten made no attempt to satisfy the customer & refused to issue the refund for their work even though the washing machine was still inoperable. I will never allow Wooten in my house again & have filed a dispute with the credit card company since they refused to issue a refund for their work, which did not repair the machine. Just say NO to Wooten.

Tech was here all of five minutes including taking my credit card info and charging us; then he said part needed might not be available due to age of microwave(2014); then he said the office would find out part availability, and let me know the next day, that was Thursday August 27. We have not heard from Wooten since. We wanted to know if we should invest further in this appliance or replace it along with range via Labor Day appliance sales. We are NOT HAPPY with Wooten and will NOT use them again. Five minutes @ $99, x 12 so that comes out to $1,188./hr.

DO NOT recommend this company. The response and service are abysmal. Claimed a deal for $139 and reached out to the company to schedule service. I requested service appointment in the morning, and the day before the appointment, my window of service was from 1300-1700. The repairman showed up at 1655, took a look and charged $99. He said he doesnt have the part and will let me know the part's cost. Almost a week later, i get the notification the part will cost $150. I googled the part number, and it sells for $40-50. As i wasnt sure why there was such a huge price difference, I reached out to the provider inquiring if i can buy the part on my own and wanted to ensure i had all the details so i can purchase the correct part. A week later, i receive an email "not sure what do you mean..." I tried to contact the vendor numerous times on the phone and left voicemails. So after more than 3 weeks, i still have a non- working stove and am out $99. This level of service and support is just disappointing. For resolution, I'd like to be refunded of the $99.

On the 22nd we sent [Member Name Removed] a quote. 2) The part cost was $127, not $150. [Member Information Removed]) We purchase parts from reliable sources. Otherwise sure, cheaper & used parts are available on Google from unrelaible sources. 4) The customer decided to purchase his own part, but wanted additional information to ensure he had the right part. We had already given him the part number, so we were not understanding his request. Overall, we hope we could offer a difference of viewpoint to current and future customers."
