"Bill did an excellent job. Will definitely hire Bill again. We had 4 different projects that we needed help with an Bill did them all and did them well. Bill helped us with kitchen counter caulking, needed carpentry to replace rotting wood around the front door, cleaning out and reworking the dryer vent piping plus repaired the back fence gate that was a problem getting stuck for years. Bill was a pleasure to work with and even scheduled the project to suite our availability. As I said we will definitely hire bill again."

"This is our fourth time using Diaz for our home renovations. He refinished and stained floors and painted several rooms. He also rebuilt an upstairs deck. In addition, he took care of about 10 other little things that needed fixing. As always, Diaz was the best contractor we’ve ever encountered. He came right out for a free estimate. He gave us constructive advice on the proposed work. His crew got started right away - they were reliable, on time, courteous, and cleaned up impeccably each day. Diaz stuck to his estimate. In addition to all these positive traits, one of the best things is that Diaz and his team can literally take care of anything. You will not have to rely on a subcontractor or having to call somebody else - he does painting, flooring, kitchens, doors/windows, drywall work, tiling, bathrooms, etc. He even has his own tree guy and electrician for when those things come up. He doesn’t just do everything, but everything is done to perfection. Highly recommended!"

"In the past, we’ve typically hired general contractors based on solicitations at our home. This has unfortunately resulted in more than a few misses. But we went through Angi this time and the pro we chose, Omar’s General Contracting, was definitely a hit. Omar was professional and communicative. His crew was great. On time, very tidy, reasonably priced, flexible, and a perfect finished product. We hired them on Sunday and they started on Monday. In two days, Omar and his crew were able to basically rebuild our entire eat-in kitchen ceiling following a large plumbing project. I honestly think it looks better now than it did before the work. "This was a top to bottom complete renovation of my house. All work to be done was described in well written project proposals. I have lived in my house since 8/1/1972. Over the years I have had workers here to do some renovations and repairs. Matthew Willis of Willis Builders, the Project Manager Marcelo Gomes, and all the workers that came to my house were very professional. I am very, very pleased with the outcome of this renovation. My house is better than brand new only because I was fortunate to have Willis Builders do this renovation."

"While it is normal for remodeling projects to create chaos and to be the muse of many a horror story, this ended up with a very pleasant end result. We had a complete renovation down to the studs to bring things up to code, which included ripping out the sub flooring and quite a bit of pipes. Parts were ordered and lost and found. Things went on backorder and were discontinued. We fortunately had a fantastic crew. Ismar (the contractor) did an awesome job of making sure that everything was done to spec and built beautifully. He followed our wishes and came back on the weekend and late to be sure the work was done right. The only real challenges were with the design and oversight from the office, between the designer losing our design specs on the first pass and not communicating proactively about delays or back orders, but thankfully these were more annoyance than problem. After a few handoffs, we got Eric E. as project manager, and he saw us through the rest of the project with much better results and only about 30% oversight still needed from us. Overall, we got a great bathroom out of the deal, so 4 stars."

"After consulting with several companies, I decided to hire ESM Construction LLC for the remodeling of my one-bedroom condo. Their pricing was competitive, and Edgar displayed a wealth of knowledge.
