I Hired John James property after having major issues with my first contractor during my complete renovation of my garden apartment. Not only was he prompt in returning my initial call, but he came by within 24 hours to see what I needed done and start working on an estimate. I could probably have gotten a cheaper contractor but I know for sure, I could NOT have gotten a better contractor. You pay for what you get. From start to finish, he was ALWAYS available to assist me, no matter the time or day, with things that I did not understand about the process and to make sure we stayed on schedule. ALL of his workers were trustworthy, prompt and efficient. One of his contractors even agreed to assist me after the job was complete with some handyman issues. I am EXTREMELY happy with the final outcome and would HIGHLY recommend him and his company. Thank you John James properties for making this process for me, stress and worry free!!

John and his crew did an excellent job reinforcing my flooring with multiple joists, and laid beautiful hardwood flooring on my ground floor. His team Byron and Arturo were professional and polite. This company is highly recommended.

Very professional!

They estimate and contract were very generic and he kept trying to increase the price from work that wasn't included. He never shared color swatches or pictures before and and went to Home Depot the day of the project. I was trying to pic shades of grey, white, and cream from text cell phone pics and few things were the shades that appeared in the pics. The countertops ended up being a bright white with grey and do not match my kitchen floors or walls at all, which are shades of brown. Unfortunately everything is in now, and now I need to look at finding someone to resurface the countertops and finish anything that wasn't included. The rest of his reviews were very good, so I am extremely disappointed. He also tried to make me feel bad for telling him what I wanted was not what he was installing. By the end, I just wanted it done - hence me hiring someone else to fix the countertops.

They did a superb job. Exceeded my expectations got the job done in one day while other painting firms claimed it would take them 3 full days. They were 3,000 less expensive as well. I feel I git a lot of value for the money I spent. They did it on time as they promised and cleaned up thoroughly. I will definitely rehire them. They do exterior painting as well.

Interior of my rental property in Columbia was in a bad condition due to tenant caused damages. John has done new carpet, painting, carpentry and electrical work at reasonable cost. The interior has been restored to like new home condition within a very short time frame. Since John was able to handle all the works we didn't have to go through multiple contractors for different type of works and it made our life easier. John is very professional, honest and very responsible. I will be happy to work with him in the future and refer to the friends. I wish John James properties every success in the future.
