The work was good, They were on time, and friendly, and he did a good job, send some pictures after work, and was very trustworthy.

A very responsible company and very professional workers

The work was not worth the price that we paid for, He did not solved the roof leaking problems and other issues that we've paid for. I tried to contact him, he said he would get a new estimate to fix the issue and give us credit for the $900.00, it was about 3 weeks to a month, and we haven't heard from him. So I got a new roofing contractor to fix it, they have to redo everything to fix the problems.

I received an estimate selected materials and the project will start Tuesday June 2, 2020,the first floor was completed

The contractor and I reached a settlement and unfinished work was completed by another contractor

Not credible. Some of the work I had paid for him, upon inspection it was poor quality

UPDATE 01/20/2021 The estimate and the pictures was good, that's why I went with Ebenezer; but after the work and after an inspection by an independent photographer, it showed that the work on the roof had some jobs that was paid for but not completed, the job was so substandard. The drywall and the closets were not done, he was not a trustworthy person, His work is not of high quality and high caliber. I would not recommend Ebenezer Roofing to anyone.

They came out immediately and were able to repair. He could have tried to pressure me to replace the entire roof, but instead was truthful and spared us that expense for a few more years

I love these guys. They are pleasant to have around. They respond quickly. We used them to replace the roof on our garage and an entire army came out and did it in a day and didn't leave a trace behind. On our second job with Ebenezer they came out in appalling weather to make repairs and paint the metal roof on our house. A lot of things went wrong mainly due to the conditions, working between snow and rain storms etc. We had already paid them so I was amazed when the company stood behind their promise and had everything fixed like new within the week, well within the deadline. Never had such great customer service.

An amazing company. Flexible, professional, and competent. Excellent staff and work crew. Our house is safe again when it rains. After the wind event of last March, and subsequent frequent rains throughout the summer, we noticed water damage to the ceiling of our bedroom in August. A review of our roof shingles showed considerable loss and many others damaged. Not ever having made a claim on our household insurance, we were pleasantly surprised how straightforward the process was. We were fortunate to get a full-roof replacement authorized. This started a longer process of finding the right roofing company to complete the job. After six interviews and bids, we settled on a company we liked: Ebenezer Roofing LLC of Manassas Virginia. What set them apart in a crowded marketplace were several aspects: their professional approach, their patience with customers new to the business, their no-additional-cost upgrades (architectural shingles and a ridge vent), and their positive reviews across several sites. They were also cost competitive, several hundreds of dollars less than the median of the other bids. On the day of the roof replacement, the Ebenezer team was thorough, polite and competent. They replaced all water-damaged plywood sections, all flashings around the chimney, stack vents and skylights, and installed architectural shingles and a ridge vent. We had several custom roof-related situations which the company was very flexible to accommodate. They cleaned up after the job, including all trash and the metal wanding for nails. They remediated the deficiencies from the shoddy work of a previous contractor that became evident with the installation of a new roof: caulking instead of flashing around skylights, and a bathroom stack vent went only up into the attic, instead of through the roof itself. In each case, Ebenezer went out of their way, at either no cost to us, or the cost of new material. They even delivered, at wholesale cost to us, 2-1/2 square of 3-tab shingles for our storage-barn structure in the back yard, to match the new roof of our house. At the completion of the job, Ebenezer was again patient with us as we went through the time-consuming steps of the other inside work remediation, gathering of all the invoices and the waiting for the final check from the insurance company to be processed. At the end of everything, having gone through leaking skylights and other water-damage spots in the ceiling, Julia my wife commented that she feels safe again in the house when it rains.

Perfect! They came very quickly, assessed the problem and took care of it the same day. Their work was very professional and they were very polite. I would definitely recommend this company!

From the first response and throughout the project, Anthony was always quick to respond to questions and queries. We got estimates from 4 companies, but Ebenezer Roofing was the only one that actually got up on the roof; went inside the house, and took a good look at the work they needed to do. They also offered to bundle in the repairs to some interior drywall that had been damaged by roof leaks. Their thoroughness and quick response won them the contract even though there was another estimate that came in at a slightly lower cost. I think Ebenezer Roofing knew exactly what they were getting into and the other companies approached their estimates either haphazardly, or with so much cushion built in to their estimates that they were almost twice the cost. I'm very happy we chose Ebenezer Roofing! Ebenezer Roofing performed the work quickly and professionally. The workmen were polite and obviously skilled in their roles. They kept the job site clean as best they could during the work, and cleaned up very thoroughly after they were done. There were some changes in the schedule as we went along, and Anthony was always very quick to let me know what was going on and clear those changes with me. The new roof, gutters, and drywall work all look great and we are very happy with project! I highly recommend Ebenezer Roofing, and while I don't anticipate that we'll need another roof anytime soon, I would absolutely hire them again.

I highly recommend Ebenezer Roofing. Their responsive was over the top and their employees seemed very happy and friendly. I was most impressed with their clean up of all the nails (there were thousands) and shingle material from around my home. They worked well with my insurance company and followed through on all the information they needed for my claim. I would highly recommended them for any roofing repair or replacement.

Great job. They were very responsive and even reaching out to me for any questions I had several times. They had time to call me back and were quite willing to work with my insurance company which was a welcome change after talking to other roofers. With extensive gardens around my house they were very careful with my plants and while I was prepaired for some broken plants there was no damage. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with them.

I would recommend Ebenezer Roofing to everybody! These guys know how to do the job the right way, from Herbert in Sales to the actual installers on-site. Professional, courteous and above all they deliver. Herbert is very VERY good at what he does, and the best thing, I got a beauty roof that can be relied on for many years to come.

Overall it went pretty well. The job was completed with minimal issues ( additional shingles needed to be provided in the middle of the job) and the work was done with professionalism. The overall experience could have been smoother from a communication standpoint regarding contract terms and ordering the materials. I do have to give Ebenezer credit for the texting and confirmation of when the job would actually start. We had a one day delay due to rain but the crew really made an effort to get to work.

Ebenezer did an outstanding job. I enjoyed a professional service through a very friendly and disciplined team led by Dadwin. I will certainly recommend them to my friends.

It went very well, they where on time. Loved the work, they where very clean, very pleased, vey proffecional and curtiouse, we pointed out a spot to clean, and instantly did it to clean it up. Very pleased with the work. Very much recommend ebenezer roofing.

Ebenezer Roofing did an excellent job assessing the cause of the leaks, recommending a course of action, and making a repair. The first two companies I called said they were so busy they were only doing whole roof replacements, no repairs. This is likely because roofers were very busy stemming from the March 2018 wind storm. Ebenezer was able to come the day after I called them to check out my roof. Herbert, from Ebenezer, checked the outside and inside and took pictures to show me. He determine my ridge vent was knocked out of place and was the cause of the leaks. Herbert was very nice, knowledgable, professional and provided ample explanation of everything. He gave me an estimate and they were able to come one week later to do the repair. They renailed the ridge vent, caulked the nails, and replaced a handful of missing shingles. Considering the high demand for roofers, I thought the price was fair and I'm happy they did the repair so fast (week and a half from first contact). I definitely recommend Ebenezer.

Great job by Herbert Fuentes. Had wind damage. Called Ebenezer, Herbert came out within hours, gave me an estimate as well as look for other unseen damage, and was able to do the repairs the damage flashing on the spot. Very professional and works hard to make sure the customer is happy with the work.

It could not have gone better. I am estatic with the completed product. I highly recommend Ebenezer Roofing without any hesitation. I rate this company with an A+.
