"The carpet cleaning service is excellent; the communication about pickup and delivery times is very good; they are very accommodating. They moved furniture carefully to remove and replace the rugs; we had three rugs cleaned and they look great; one was a cashmere rug from India, and the other two were also high quality rugs. The rugs look great. I have used them before and will use them again. No need to look anywhere else!"

"Sara has sent her team to my house several times now and they do a terrific job. The team of three women arrive on time and generally finish in less that two hours. They are always professional and polite, and do a thorough job of cleaning every room in my house. I've asked for a few accommodations such as not using bleach or scouring products, and they've easily complied. Sara makes it very easy to schedule a visit when the timing works for me.
