"The carpet cleaning service is excellent; the communication about pickup and delivery times is very good; they are very accommodating. They moved furniture carefully to remove and replace the rugs; we had three rugs cleaned and they look great; one was a cashmere rug from India, and the other two were also high quality rugs.
