Amy and her crew did an outstanding job getting the water up, the junk out of the basement, cut out all the wet drywall. The full story between now and then is a bit on the long side but to keep it short as possible...They pressed me for the insurance money needed to secure the flooring deposit and after much back and forth with the insurance company I was able to them last August. However, they NEVER rendered payment to the flooring company and I am still left with an unfinished home for me and my children. Not to say my home is unlivable, because it is. But this company took money from me without the completion of services. Two months ago he said he was going to pay the flooring company and get me scheduled for the middle of May...that never happened. The most recent message from the owner Friday the 24th of June, after over two months of silence was that he was going to pay the flooring company last week and has not done so. Well it's been two weeks today and still nothing. Neither myself or the flooring company has not been able to reach anyone at Eagle Environmental.

The work was exceptional and completed in a timely manner.  They were very easy to work with and very understanding of my schedule.  I would recommend them to my friends and family.  Jim and Justin were a pleasure to work with.  Gordon is a very fast worker and very nice.  The results are way better than my expectations.

Eagle Restoration has been working with me and my insurance company for about 4 months now. The owner Jim has been in constant contact through the entire process. Anytime I had an issue with my insurance company Jim would take over and call them for me and work everything out to ensure everything would be paid for. Any complaint or questions I've had regarding any work needing to be done Jim answered my text or phone call asap if not within minutes within the hour. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone that needs home repair or water mitigation.
