What looked to be a simple repair became much more complicated and difficult as he began the repairs, but he still completed the job, with stellar results, ahead of schedule by working *outside* through a torrential downpour. He was professional and clearly dedicated to doing the job correctly, not just quickly. He even fixed a couple of minor things around the area that weren't entirely part of the job, but were easy fixes. He clearly explained how he planned to fix it and the time frame and gave me a very reasonable quote. He did a fabulous job spraying anti-mold spray, then patching the hole and another visible seam. Finally, he painted the ceiling. His work compared to other contractors I had for the same job in the past was more clean, solid and efficient.
