Daza Painting did a great job patching and painting one of our bedrooms, hallwa,y and stairwell, plus sanding and applying a clear coat on the stair rail, making it look almost new.

Carlos did a great job for me, including repairing drywall in a ceiling and repainting it. Also painting some walls that had been damaged and doing masterful touch-up on some dings that had happened over time on other walls. Also painted two powder rooms, one of which had to be skim coated because the previous paint was textured. Very happy with the job.

Carlos was very thorough and efficient. He arrived when he said he would and the job actually took less time then anticipated. He did a very high quality repair of a drywall hole in my ceiling and did a wonderful job painting afterward. I will definitely look to him for additional work should the need arise.

I was looking for getting my house painted and Carlos of Daza Painting offered his proposal. He also looked at Deck, which was another project I had on hold but looking at his recommendation, I ended up getting my Deck repaired from Daza Painting immediately and let my paint job to go on hold till Summer next year. Great guy, good work. Excellent work ethics.

Mr. Daza gave me a reasonable estimate. He came very day, on time, and completed the work as promised, actually a little early. Because of the paint colors we selected, he ended up having to apply more coats than estimated, which he did free of charge; he did the same for touch-ups to the trim needed from the last painter. He did a fantastic job with the painting, and where I asked for touch-ups, he took care of them.

Carlos pointed out all the things that needed to be done. He estimated that the job required several days (I agreed). He was not the low bid but the most realistic (others promised one day to complete!). Carlos was there every day and assured I was satisfied. I am very pleased with the results and have contracted for him to do additional work.

I had some damage from the blizzards earlier this year. Mr. Daza was very professional when performing the estimate and this continued during the actual work effort. He showed up on time, I was am very satisfied with the drywall and painting job. I have already recommended him to co-workers.
