I described the problem and what I wanted done and he gave me a fixed price over the phone. He charges by the work that needs to be done and not by the hour. His price was very reasonable compared to other computer repair firms. He worked at my house over two days to get the computer set up exactly the way I wanted it. He even drove to the store to buy the new hard drive. I was so pleased with his work and the overall price that I gave him a bonus."
