CSDC Computer Services were great. He worked quickly and understood both the PC and Mac systems. He was very patient with non-technical explanations and got right to the heart of the matter. He fixed what needed to be fixed. He had already fixed our computer and I asked him if he knew anything about Mac computers and told him I was having trouble with the wireless printer for it. He said, "Sure, I got time to fix that," and didn't charge us any extra. I would absolutely use him again. His card is taped to my computer.

The person who does the work, explains everything and tells how much it will cost and what is to be done. Their price is reasonable and I have no cause to complain.

We thought we had a virus.  Frank cleaned up the computer and added a malware protection program.

This is the third time that we have required Frank's services. We lovingly refer to him as our "computer guru"! We brought our computer to Frank after a malfunction that prevented us from booting up the machine. I did not follow Frank's previous advice to back-up my documents constantly. and have even purchased an external hard drive for that purpose but never taking it out of the box. Frank not only was able to save all my documents (100's!) but also repaired our computer and reinstalled all the necessary components for our operating system. We were also able to purchase a second, and newer, refurbished computer from him. Frank is honest and conscientious. We recommend him to anyone with computer problems.

This is the 2nd time that Frank has helped us solve a computer problem. The 1st time our desktop PC malfunctioned after a power outage despite surge protector. We took it into a major company that charged us $69.95 for a diagnostic test and were told that the motherboard and several other things were damaged. We then took to Frank who checked it said it needed a minor repair that he did, cleaned it, reinstalled an operating system, installed a superior security system, and reinstalled windows office. Total charge was $85. The computer now operates better than when it was new. This 2nd time we came to Frank with our son's laptop. Our son had knocked over a glass of water while he was asleep. Unfortunately the laptop was on when this happened. Frank examined it but gave us the news that we expected that the mother board, key board, etc were completely corroded and showed me the damage. He wrote up an insurance estimate after carefully researching the costs of the parts (we have a computer rider on our home owner's insurance) and refused to take any payment for his time. We did give him the undamaged screen that he could use and of course was useless to us. Frank is wonderful! He is extremely knowledgeable and extremely honest. I highly recommend him.
