"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. I have already opened a file (in my filing account with his name on it)! I am making a list of things for him to help me with and will definitely be back in touch with him. I highly recommend Mike's company to anyone looking for an honest, reputable computer repair person."

"This is the guy you need. He listens, asks questions and listens some more. My computer speed had continued to slow down as my various projects in progress grew in complexity. Computer AI. Google searching, YouTube and savvy friends all pointed to a probable cache and cookie overload. ALL wanted me to follow the 'clear' instructions available everywhere. Problem 1/ ; the six variations of 'clear' do NOT match, much at all. I follow directions exactly as printed and would be rewarded with my 2,417th bluescreen and required restart and possible loss of 60 open tabs over two browsers. Copy and paste each url is not happening. Yes I bookmark each url....amongst 6-10 categories. Vin asked why I do not also create a session folder for each active project saved at the top. BANG, the answer. Graphics card overload. Not cache, cookies or RAM. Simple phone call...and a computer mind meld so he could see what my PC is doing. Now I only need tabs for the immediate project and can shutdown."

"Amazing business. Contacted me almost immediately, were helpful and communicative, explaining to me what they would do and answered all the questions I had. My computer is working better than ever, and I was very pleased with the the fee being affordable as well as them working with me to pick up my laptop and return it in amazing time. I would certainly do business with them again in the future."

Computer Repair questions, answered by experts

Yes, an arc fault is serious. Caused by damaged or overheated wiring, an arc fault can trigger a spark that can cause a fire. And because these fires often start behind walls, they have the potential to spread before they’re detected by smoke alarms. According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, an estimated 50% of electrical fires can be prevented by using AFCIs.

Aim for a uniform, smooth joint to ensure a good electrical connection. If it looks crusty and uneven, your iron tip might be dirty or the joint isn’t hot enough. To keep the iron tip clean, wipe the tip with a damp sponge or brass tip cleaner when you spot black spots or rust to remove any oxidation and flux residue. Tinning the tip surface with a small amount of solder offers a layer of additional protection.

By using secure backup and encryption procedures during service.

The duration of a repair job can range from a few hours to several days. Simpler issues may take 1-4 hours, while more complex work or extensive damage could take 1-3 days. The final timeline depends on the complexity of the problem, the extent of the damage, and the location of the work.

Most repairs take 1-5 days, depending on the type of repair and material sourcing.
