He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. Had all the necessary gear to facilitate the project including high efficiency cables which accomplished data and application transfer in time efficient manner. During data transfer helped resolve an e-mail program issue on another computer on my home network. Recommended adapters needed tor accessory installation. "Within a half hour of looking for help on Home Advisors I received a call from Metro Communications who were more then happy to come out to help. I operate a local restaurant and some of our systems had failed due to bad cabling.
