Everything went just fine. The provider, Zach Lainey, came right on time and did the work quickly and well. During pauses, while things were downloading, he answered many, many questions and helped me with another new device. My computer now runs better and faster, and getting used to the updated system didn't take as long as friends had led me to believe it would. (If I had had problems, I would have felt comfortable contacting Zach about them, but didn't need to.). I have saved his contact information and will use him again

We have contacted them for many problems over the years and have remained very satisfied. The service is very personal. If the problem can be fixed remotely and quickly they will do that. If not, they come in usually within 24 hours. If the problem is not fixed on the first attempt they will persist until it is made right. We pay on a monthly basis. They are pleasant and knowledgeable.
