My all in one Dell desktop had been crashing frequently. I called to set up a time for an estimate, and scheduled something within the week, with my choice of appointments. Darby arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. She recommended a new hard drive and fresh install of Windows 10. She took the computer with her, and returned it within the week. She set the computer back up, and was able to restore all the profiles and data, and was able to stick within the estimated budget. The new hard drive cost $60, and the install and set up was $180. The computer has performed very well since, and I have been very happy with the work. Darby was friendly and professional.

Kyle took my all-in-one computer with him to clone the hard drive and put in a new one. He returned it about 24 hrs later. All was well for 2 - 3 days, but then the original error/problem reoccurred. After a second visit, Kyle determined that the problem most likely was with the motherboard. Ultimately, the company credited me back the cost of the new hard drive. Finally, Kyle helped me copy some important files to an external drive, in anticipation of my replacing the computer, given its age and the fact that replacing the motherboard would have been too expensive.

It went fine. I had also asked how to forward my email from one address to another and she wasn't quite sure how to do it.

Kyle showed her the button on her laptop that she had inadvertently pressed and disconnected the laptop from Wifi. He helped also with some MS Word problems (such as showing her how to save docs to the latest version of word format); and also changed her default browser as she requested. Kyle spent an entire hour working with her, and she much appreciated all the help he provided.

Never had less than positive experiences, problems get solved and they stay fixed. they are outstanding, and referred several people to them and always have gotten very positive feedback. Kyle was the guy who did the work for me. He did good work and quick. The estimate was spot on. They had to get a part for me so he actually brought my laptop back to me here. Then when the part came in, he came to my house and put it in right here rather than have me haul it back to where they work on it. I was very pleased with their behavior.  One other interesting thing they did, they didn't take any payment until the work was complete. It was under $200 I think. I was very happy with their service. They kept in touch with me. They informed me. They coordinated to come by. They called and said, "hey we can't do this. We'd like to return your laptop to you so you can have it on hand." It really went above and beyond. I will use them again too.

Wonderful! The technician (Kyle Ford) was on time and he explained what he was doing the whole time he was here. He was very professiona and was able to help me with my special vision problems by enhancing the screen. I felt very comfortable with him and I was so grateful for his assistance. Their tech said called and told us to switch browsers and then it was fine. He said some browsers are squirrely! That was it...over the phone in less than a minute we were up and running.

Kyle arrived promptly at the appointed time and quickly assessed the situation. He installed a new repeater in a room closer to the Verizon FIOS router and identified a second wireless network we were unfamiliar with. The combination of his work strengthened the wireless signal throughout the house, and solved the signal accessibility problem in previously "dark" rooms. We were very pleased with the result.

Darby talked us through steps to diagnose the problem and then reinstall some of the system, which cleared up the problem nicely. We only dealt with her on the phone.

The price was reasonable. The technician was very good and the work took maybe a week or so.
