"My experience with Earth Friendly Service was a positive one. My husband and I recently purchased a house that needed some TLC. I reached out to EFS and then responded immediately. Within a few days Steve and Phil were out at my house to see what repairs were needed and to give an estimate. They were pleasant and knowledgeable. JLI Services, Inc took on our project not knowing what was under the overgrown ivy. Once all the ivy was removed, they built the 100 ft long staggered retaining wall, used the proper drainage for the height of the wall, back filled, and then added top soil with grading to connect to our existing yard. As a bonus, they laid grass seed and covered with hay. Through this process, we gained an additional 3 1/2 feet of yard that we never knew we had because of the ivy overgrowth. We added to their scope of work, and they were able to meet our needs each time. The job was completed on schedule and done on budget. The workers were friendly and answered any questions we had. They cleaned up everyday, which was important since we have dogs. Several neighbors and even the inspector commented on the quality of the work.

"I had an egress window installed. Evail and his team did a great job getting this project done in a timely manner despite many obstacles which were not in their control (weather, permit application review, etc). Evail worked around my schedule even if that meant he had to work over the weekend. Throughout the process Evail made many suggestions which resulted in a much better finished product at no additional cost. I spoke with multiple bidders before ultimately choosing EAD. Evail's prices were competitive and I truly believe I got a lot more by using him over his competitors. One of the main reasons I chose Evail over the other bidders is that he suggested using a wider sliding window instead of a swing window which resulted in more work for his team but was ultimately a much better finished product for our needs. Evail managed his team well and used quality material. I was very impressed throughout the entire process and would use Evail again for any type of home improvement work. The window and waterproofing turned out much better than I had originally anticipated."
