Evail and his team did a great job getting this project done in a timely manner despite many obstacles which were not in their control (weather, permit application review, etc). Evail worked around my schedule even if that meant he had to work over the weekend. Throughout the process Evail made many suggestions which resulted in a much better finished product at no additional cost. I spoke with multiple bidders before ultimately choosing EAD. Evail's prices were competitive and I truly believe I got a lot more by using him over his competitors. One of the main reasons I chose Evail over the other bidders is that he suggested using a wider sliding window instead of a swing window which resulted in more work for his team but was ultimately a much better finished product for our needs. Evail managed his team well and used quality material. I was very impressed throughout the entire process and would use Evail again for any type of home improvement work.
