"This company actually listened to what I wanted. We had a 40 year-old upper and lower outside deck that structurally was sound. If I were to replace these decks as suggested by several companies, my guess is it would have cost $35,000. This company assessed my decks from a structural standpoint and determined that they could rehab the deck with long lasting materials and my deck would be something I would be proud of. I am and they did the work in a week and a half at about one third of the cost of building a new deck. I highly recommend them."

"Very easy to work with; the initial quote was too high, and included things I wasn't interested in getting done. When I requested taking the scope of work down to basic landscaping maintenance, I was afraid I'd be told the job was too small. Dave Ewell was very accommodating, giving me a scope that covered everything I asked for, and nothing more. Jerry was very prompt on his arrival, spent time talking with me about the work, and left me with a front yard worthy of an award!! I look forward to engaging The Outdoor Advantage on a yearly basis for maintenance, and will turn to them first if I have any needs in my back yard!! "

"Thomas and Antonio were very accommodating and efficient with the work they performed on our house. They repainted our front porch, pressure washed the siding and deck, repaired loose panels around the deck, and repaired/painted the railing to the basement. "C& Painting is a family owned business and is outstanding. They stained the siding of our redwood house, painted all of the windows on the outside and stain the top and bottom of a large raised deck. They were always on time with a smile and a happy demeanor all day long. The preparation for staining and painting was done with particular care to use the best products that were compatible with the various stains and paints and was meticulously done paying attention to every detail. By the way, none of the windows were painted shut. Five stars is not enough to describe this very special painting company. The owner and his wife are very talented and the job was fairly priced. I would not hesitate to use them again for any painting job."
