Vernon was very responsive and was on-site that day and was able to replace our sump pump with a new unit He then returned and installed a back-up system and fixed some piping on the outside of the house. He checked operation of the boiler, and diagnosed the problem with the help of the boiler manufacturer tech support. He tried to get the old one working again, and seemed to succeed, but I called him back the next morning to report it started acting up again. He ordered the part and returned after it arrived in a few days to install it. The part appeared to resolve the issue and I was good to go. The boiler is over 25 years old and my previous HVAC contractor had said it needed to be replaced. Don looked at me like I was nuts when I told him that. He genuinely believed in repairing rather than replacing if at all possible, and I could not agree more."
