Whenever we had a question or concern Barry would return our calls and text almost immediately, this is very important to a homeowner. Being from another state I didn't have any recommendations to go on when trying to hire a roofer. I now know I made the correct decision. Pricing was in the ballpark of other roofers. Time from scheduling to actual work was less than three weeks. They actually came a week earlier than anticipated. Roofers were very polite, worked hard and did an excellent clean-up. Our current siding had issues of water penetration and algae growth and frankly was cheap as the previous owner took advantage of drive by sales after a hail storm. On their QA inspection post install? They found further water penetration through the roof and provided me proof of that so we went high end with a GAF roofing system. End result? Yeah it cost quite a bit more than my comfort zone. But you get what you pay for. We are more comfortable, and since this occurred during winter? I noted my heat pump did not cycle as often. And we got our electric company assessment for energy use for a totally electric home? Excellent. Impact of the better siding and better roof."
