"I had a difficult time tracking down a responsive, reasonably priced plumber, even through Angies List. Aqua has been fantastic. They were responsive to my calls and questions. I inquired about just replacing my 40 year old boiler which was not working after a dusty mess of a basement demolition (in addition to other questions). They had the opportunity to steer me in that expensive direction, but they instead told me of the challenges the new boilers have, and to periodically have old trusty cleaned and serviced instead. She should be reliable if I do that. Honesty goes a long way with me, as does customer service. This company is a gem. Unfortunately, my house is a hot mess as a result of significant demolition in my basement, so I will be calling again for a different leaky pipe after I leave this review. "Yes Thomas did a fabulous job with the many tasks. Pressurization of the main water valve, pressurization of the hot water heater, repair of a bathroom pipe, installation of isolation valves, bath tub repair and following and checking everything was working properly. Thomas is very easy to work with. He is knowledgeable, efficient, respectful and extremely thorough."

"After looking at Angie's list, I called BAR appliances to tune up my three HVAC units. Mr. Henry responded and scheduled an appointment quickly. He came at the appointed time. During the inspection, he found that one of the units unrepairable. He recommended to replace it with a new unit. I agreed with his recommendation as the unit was more than 25 years old. Next day he gave me an estimate and the unit comes with 10 years warranty on parts and 5 years on labor.I called few other companies to compare prices and services. I found the prices offered by Mr. Henry was the best. Although I had some doubts about the brand "Goodman", Mr. Henry convinced me that he installed hundreds of units and had no problems. As agreed, he installed the unit within a week. He came back after three days to check if the unit is working properly. So far the unit is working very efficiently.
