He tried to get the old one working again, and seemed to succeed, but I called him back the next morning to report it started acting up again. The boiler is over 25 years old and my previous HVAC contractor had said it needed to be replaced. Don looked at me like I was nuts when I told him that. He genuinely believed in repairing rather than replacing if at all possible, and I could not agree more."
