"I followed a lead a friend mentioned and having a water management basement drain system checked to see if any blockage going towards the sump pump. This is the 30th year of having the water management inside basement draining system. Placed a project and shortly got a call from Dun Rite Drain Cleaning. I was able to speak to an actual technician as my job is not about sewer, toilets, etc. Spoke with Sterling at Dun Rite Drain Cleaning and he gave good information and he also agreed I should contact the company that has the warranty. He did mention that the companies in general hire out the drain inspection as they do not have on staff such personnel. I was given a rough quote as FYI. After getting information I contacted the company that I have warranty with, and it was determined I did not need the service. The company with warranty had me take pictures and will get back with me after reviewing them. Gave information to the friend who suggested a camera system and he mentioned a good tool to get for my own peace of mind to check out the system and can be used for looking at other enclosures."

Since they were both waterproofing (installing a sump pump system) and finishing the basement there were two different crews but each one was knowledgeable and took care and time to show me every step they were making. There were a few times where communication from the head office was a little lacking but the team members themselves were great. Brian came out at 8 am the next day and got it fixed (installed the replacement faucet I had purchased) as well as replaced a leaky outdoor spigot. Years ago, Brian also installed my sump pump. He is super knowledgeable, laid back, and friendly. He's up front with costs (of which are very reasonable) and work quality is excellent. I'll definitely be calling him for future plumbing needs."

"Ehrhardt Brothers is great. I'm a repeat customer who appreciates the great customer service this vendor provides. Today I had Rob, who made short work of my many tasks. The toilet required a cannister chain adjustment. To fix the Dishmaster, he tightened the packing nut and handle to stop the dripping. In the basement, he tightened the packing nuts for the main and hose bib shutoffs. Then, he tested the sump pump and declared it operational (recommending battery replacement between five to seven years). The most complicated issue: the outside faucets require replacement hose bibs, which I'll schedule for spring. In the meantime, my other problems were solved in under an hour. Thanks Rob!"
