The company with warranty had me take pictures and will get back with me after reviewing them. Gave information to the friend who suggested a camera system and he mentioned a good tool to get for my own peace of mind to check out the system and can be used for looking at other enclosures."

"On 05/26/18, during the 9.5 inch rain fall in Catonsville, MD, one of my pumps check valve broke, ejecting water across my basement . The pump was pumping continuously (waves were in my driveway.) We couldn't turn the sump off because of the amount of rain. I went on Annie's list and put out my request. Remedy called within 15 minutes and although had another call, was at my house within the hour and within 45 minutes was at my house and quickly had the valve replaced. This was at 10 pm on a holiday weekend. I am not rating his fee in consideration that it was an emergency call. I will utilize him again- he saved my basement!"
