The crew showed up on the scheduled day and efficiently collected all the leaves and transferred them into their vehicle. Outstanding job. "I hired Baumann's Lawn and Landscape to fix my front lawn. The soil was mostly clay and sand and covered in weeds. They killed and removed all the vegetation, tilled the soil, brought in new topsoil, conditioned/fertilized, and then laid sod. The crew was fast, efficient, polite, and did an amazing job (hopefully this site allows me to upload photos after writing this). The work was done in 3 separate days and took less than 2 weeks from the initial phone call to the finished installation. The price is what you would expect for this level of work and that much sod (sod is not cheap). They're not over-priced but it's not Bob's discount landscaping either. You'll get your money's worth for your project. Baumann's will be my #1 choice for future landscape projects."

"If you have a yard with a lot of trees, the tree roots will drive the cost of installing underground sprinkler systems through the roof! Also, just because you install a sprinkler system, don't expect a lot of grass growth if you have a lot of shade trees in your yard. Better to install shade tolerant ground cover."

Rain delayed the start of the project a couple of times, but still finished on time.  The team showed up on time daily and worked like crazy all day long.  Finished product looks great.  My yard was pretty torn up from the extensive use of small heavy equipment and for the most part it looks good now.  Just a few minor touches could have made this a perfect experience.
