After my basement test come back with significantly elevated radon, I contacted radon abatement services at the recommendation of a neighbor. A day and a half later, they were on site. While performing the initial walk through, the experienced and thoughtful professionals adapted their plan to utilize my sump pump. This was an effective strategy as it addressed the main source of radon and concealed the system in completely unfinished space. I just received my post mitigation radon results, and the system is working phenomenally. To sum it up, I was blown away by the responsiveness, thoughtfulness, and reasonableness and can't say enough positive things about this company. I don't ever post reviews, but in this circumstance I absolutely had to.

We were amazed how fast this company responded to our inquiry. The best was we got our radon problem resolved in just one day. After we were asked all the details we were scheduled for service the next day. The technicians came right on time and completed the job in three hours. They were very polite and pleasant and interesting to talk with. We are really impressed with their service.

It is very rare to find a company where every person you meet in the organization is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They arrived early, finished early, answered all my questions, and best of all: they were extremely clean. Not even a drop of dust could be found after they left. My Radon level was between 5 and 10 pCi/L. It is now 0.24 pCi/L the day after work was completed. Huge improvement. Thank you, John! What an incredible company you have.
