"The office personnel were friendly and easy to work with, and the two service people who showed up were polite, explained what they found, fixed the problem and were on their way. One of guys was nice enough to answer a question I had about the stove that wasn't part of the project. He was very helpful and i appreciate so much his taking time to help me. The pair did an excellent job of checking the stove pipes and found a bird's nest in the piping, which they removed and they installed a screen cap on the top of the outside pipes. Very pleased with the experience."
