"The technician, whom I believe was one of the owners as well as a firefighter, arrived on time and was very very thorough with the gas fireplace inspection/cleaning. The inspection revealed a faulty part which he repaired at a very reasonable price. The entire experience was that of exceptional service. I would highly recommend this company for any fireplace/pellet stove install or repair. I have already hired them to perform the same service at another property later this month.
