I paid this contractor to bring my hot water heater up to code for $508 in February 2023, and now it is November 2023 and I am having to pay another contractor over $1,000 to finally get this fixed and up to code. Not changing out the plastic piping caused it to melt so that the cold and water water valves never shut off so the sink and the bathroom tub leak constantly, also causing water damage from the kitchen to the basement and the ceiling to cave in in the basement due to this constant waterflow and leakage below the sink. DO NOT HIRE. Contractor agreed to do the following for my hot water heater: Service water heater & furnace We will repair leaks at gas piping going to water heater and furnace. Leak check piping for leaks after repairs are made. Bring water heater up to code. Install expansion tank and secure with straps. Run 3/4 cpvc pipe from t&p valve to sump pump drain. Check appliances for proper operation.

Great guy, showed up immediately, pumped to do the work, totally reasonable pricing for quality work done quickly. Only minor complaint was that I had to clean up some sort of debris from the work he did. But this guy is totally worth the call. Gas leak repaired, good advice given, there and gone in an hour.

I have an older home so they can be a bit tricky. He was concerned with the health and safety of my family because my appliance was not installed correctly.
