"Ultimate Remodel created a custom design for my new kitchen which included moving utilities and removing and installing walls. They did an amazing job and vastly improved the beauty and functionality of the kitchen. The cabinets, counter tops, and all their materials are top quality. I was impressed with the quality of the workmanship. They were also able to get the work done quickly. I will definitely work with Ultimate Remodel again."

"We hired General Remodeling Group to renovate our DC home and add master bedroom and mudroom additions. They handled everything from the design and permitting (via their architect), to building the foundation, framing, additions, remodeling a bathroom, widening hallways, installing flooring, drywall, HVAC, electricity, plumbing, installing pavers outside and pouring concrete driveway, installing a wheelchair lift, and more. They handled unexpected setbacks well, communicated effectively during the project, and finished the project on-time and on-budget. I would definitely hire them again, and recommend them to anyone doing a home renovation or addition."

"Steve and his crew -- Shawn and Bruce -- did an exceptional job remodeling my kitchen. I had my original 1994 oak cabinets and builder-grade floor/countertops/sink replaced with quartz counters and porcelain tile floor and the cabinets were refaced with new color and doors. I am very happy with the quality of the work and how the remodel changed the entire look of my kitchen. The crew was very professional and meticulous in finishing all work."

"We went with Top Remodeling for our kitchen remodel, and it was a fantastic decision. Their team of skilled craftsmen turned our outdated kitchen into a modern masterpiece. The attention to detail and quality of workmanship were evident in every aspect of the project."

"Incredible quality work by professionals! They completely remade my bathroom and made it beautiful! Highly recommend it! Julieta was quick to respond and very friendly. I will be going back to Reliable Construction for other home projects."

"We hired Alled and his team through Kemp Home Inspection. Allen and his team are very professional. They always on time and the works are very detailed oriented and neat and clean. The jobs are well done and quality of works are excellent and exceed my expectations. We highly recommended Allen and his team for any of your remodeling works. We wish we know Allen earlier. We will hire him again for any potentially remodeling works because we like quality of his works. Our communication are very smooth and we have great experience working together."

"My "no" on hire again should really be a "maybe." Finished project looks nice. Mike is responsive and honest. It's clear that he takes pride in the finished work. I would consider him for a handyman project, but not a significant job. I thought I was paying (what felt to me like a retail price) for a project managed by a general contractor with the work done by subs -- carpenter, painter, tile worker, plumber. But Mike staffed it like a handyman project. In that respect, I don't feel that I got the best value for the money. We had some communication issues. I'm not a contractor and didn't understand/anticipate things that Mike had in mind. That issue might have been mitigated by the use of a designer. I didn't click with the cabinet vendor. Mike should have known that the cabinet order was not finalized or placed. We had a delay of a couple weeks because of that. Then, we had another delay of a couple weeks because the sink arrived damaged. I'm thinking that Mike should have unpacked the sink when it arrived, so he could have ordered its replacement - thus avoiding that delay? The tile came out uneven in a couple places and had to be redone. It still isn't perfect, but the imperfections aren't noticeable. Use of a tile contractor might have avoided this? The drain venting for the toilet remains a perplexing issue, and perhaps use of a plumber would have avoided this? Not sure. Mike assures me they didn't touch the drain vents. As it is, a toilet flush causes the sink drain to gurgle unless water has just been run in the sink. Mike is still trying to resolve this. Delays on the project understandably created conflict in the household. Some stress is to be expected in a construction zone located inside an occupied dwelling -- but I love construction and my husband is generally easy going. Nonetheless, in this case, my husband and I came into unnecessary conflict because of the glitches noted above."

"Simply put, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. Ryan is adept at both design and execution. He and his team took my ideas and transform my living room! They painted, installed hardwood floors, and built a shiplap fireplace within days, but the craftsmanship is undeniably one of a kind."

"Francisco worked with us and went over just about ever inch of our new kitchen design and options for the remodel. He was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and he always was transparent with us regarding costs and designs. Once the design and material was picked out, we were able to set up the project with about 6-8 weeks lead time. Once the project began, his team, led by their onsite manager, Ismael, were absolutely fantastic with the quality of work. If they had questions, they asked, and we all worked together to get exactly what my wife and i wanted in our brand new kitchen (which we LOVE). I am absolutely ecstatic on the work they did. We will be using them again when it is time to remodel our bathroom. THANKS FRANCISCO AND TEAM!!!"
