I don’t think I can possibly say enough about the professionalism of Ryan and his crew. From the overall design, the electricians, the plumbers, and the painters. Everyone was delightful. I have never had this type of experience with a construction project before. My wife and I are thoroughly delighted with the outcome. it has been over a month now and we still get excited every time we just walk into the bathroom. The lighting is spectacular. Everything came out even better than we imagined. I highly recommend Ryan and his crew for any construction project that you may be investigating. Ryan and everyone in his crew is very personable and delightful to have it around. Their work goes beyond just professional. They work together as a well oiled machine that delivers a masterpiece. I cannot think these folks enough.

Ryan and his guys Kevin and Alex were so terrific that I've been raving about the job they did and are happy to recommend them for bathroom renovations to others, as people I talk to have said they've had really bad experiences with other contractors. I continued feeling positive for several weeks until one day I saw that the ceiling in my entryway was leaking - AGAIN - the very reason we had demolished and decided to redo the bathroom. My heart sunk and I panicked. We already paid the full bill and left a positive review. What if they didn't help us? Well, I did not need to worry. I took a photo and texted Ryan and called him. It was on a Saturday afternoon. He said they'd be there Monday morning. He then texted and asked if we'd want them to come out the next day (Sunday). The guys came and didn't give us any attitude or anything at all. Kevin and Alex were super pleasant as always. They came, opened up a hole in the ceiling, figured out it was the toilet leaking and went to Home Depot. I was very relieved it wasn't the shower because I was super nervous they'd have to rip the whole thing up. Fortunately, it was just that the old pipes to the new pipes didn't transition and connect securely enough so they tightened it, tested it out, made sure the leak was gone, and then all in the same day - they put dry wall back, painted and cleaned everything up. And now there's no leak, and I'm SUPER happy again. I honestly cannot believe how immediately Ryan responded, how quickly they came out, and how rapidly they resolved the problem - all without ever giving me any headache. So, if you need a bathroom renovation done and you also want someone who is trustworthy and sticks to their word and is willing to make sure they've done a good job so that you're happy even after a month goes by - go with Fuqua. They are just unparalled in service and satisfaction. I couldn't be much happier with them. 

Of three different initial quotes, Fuqua's Remodel Authority was absolutely the best choice in terms of professionalism, reasonable cost, knowledge, straightforwardness, and overall vibe - to be honest. They were flexible and able to work with stuff we bought and ensured that they would be guaranteeing the work and waterproofing, etc. Ryan really worked hard from start to finish to communicate, note our preferences and what we wanted, and to make sure that we were happy. He was not the one coming in to do the work but made sure we felt comfortable with his crew, of which he has multiple working different sites at once. We had the privilege of having Kevon and Alex working on our bathroom. They were terrific. They worked so hard, knew what they were doing and really had a strong work ethic and knowledge of what they were doing. They were very kind and respectful of our space - always ensuring to close doors and clean up and put down floor protection and walk on that. They really took care to never invade our space and appreciate that we were working from home on certain days while they were working on the bathroom. They were incredibly professional and would really be able to work very independently but would also make sure to ask us when there would be specific preference questions like which side did you want which faucet or what size and locations do you want the shower niches. It took a little bit longer than expected - I believe they worked maybe 11 days total including a Saturday to finish the job - but it was a significant job of a fairly large master bathroom that was already totally gutted that needed to be built back up from scratch. Ryan stopped by almost daily and atleast was available via call or text at any time. It was really impressive that Ryan, while visiting other sites all day and going to gather materials from distributors - would still always make time to pick or call you right back and talk through any ideas. There were only a few times that we were concerned - such as when there seemed to be a slant on the shower wall - and they walked us through it and made sure it was built up properly and that we were satisfied with their corrections - and they did a fantastic job. There were a few times where we had asked for something to be changed after - and each time, without making me feel bad - they would remove whatever they had already done to go back and change things the way I wanted. That was really important for me because I didn't want to feel bad when I would say I wasn't happy with something and they were extremely kind and flexible with these kinds of things, including when we decided the shower space was too narrow and we wanted to extend the width - which e us to move required us moving the toilet. It did end up tacking on extra cost, but Ryan made sure to let us know how to remain within codes and when I was nervous they would be mad, Ryan simply said it's okay and reassured me that they're able to make these changes and it's better now than before the tiling is put up. Ryan also got us a great deal on a shower door due to his access to distributors, inventory, etc. They did the entirety of the bathroom - from the finish the seams of drywall, painting, installing toilet and vanity, building up the shower and installing the door, tiling the walls, putting in the baseboard/trim/moulding/casing on the doors and windows and wall/floors/ceiling and the hardware such as mirrors and towels holders. They even came back out when the caulk they had used turned a bit yellow after a few days in one spot and they came out and redid it right away and now it looks terrific. I am so happy with our choice to go with Ryan and his team. Kevon and Alex were AMAZING and Ryan really keeps his pulse on the work and the satisfaction of the customer. 100% recommend them and would very much consider them again for any future remodel .

Fuqua's Remodel Authority was contracted to update a bathroom and kitchen for my mother-in-law. Ryan Fuqua listened intently to my wife's concerns, foremost that the bathroom would be safe for an elderly person, and to my mother-in-law's wants and desires for her new bathroom and kitchen. The transformation was absolutely breathtaking. The bathroom, and in particular, the shower, is simply gorgeous, and the kitchen is so bright and welcoming. While the work was superb, it was exceeded by our dealings with Ryan. Ryan is so kind. One day, after confirming some choices with my mother-in-law at her house, Ryan stayed during his busy schedule to enjoy coffee and conversation with a lonely woman who recently lost her husband. That right there told us a lot about the kind of man Ryan Fuqua is. During the time the project ran, we got to know Ryan pretty well. In addition to his kindness, we found an honest man, a man with integrity and ethics, that does a job the right way, doesn't cut corners, and goes above and beyond what is expected. We also made a new friend. Going with Faqua's Remodeling Authority will be among the best decisions you've ever made!

we needed our main bathroom to be remodeled for my handicapped spouse. Ryan was great. They truly treated us like we were their only client. The communication was excellent. Ryan and his crews are fantastic, they were very efficient they did a beautiful job on my bathroom the floor rotted due to a water leak. they had to replaced all of the floor and install a walk in shower, toilet and vanity. They made sure I was ok with what they were doing every step of the way. They replaced my floor and it matched up perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone. Respectful, knowledgeable, Highly skilled in all areas of remodeling. I will be calling them to do more work at my house.

I had them do a complete remodel due to water damage. They were on time and very efficient. every worker that came to work was very well mannered they had me look at the job every day when they were done to see if I had any questions or concerns.
