"Reliable Construction did an amazing job transforming our unfinished basement in Frederick MD into a livable space. Right from the start David were very thorough in understanding what we were looking for and also providing us with great ideas for the remodel. David and his crew were great to work with letting us know when they were planning on starting each day, cleaning up the work area at the end of each day, talking me through the steps they were taking during the build, and quickly responding to questions I had. The work came out so beautifully. I would heavily recommend Reliable Construction and we plan to use them again in the future for other work."

"We hired Alled and his team through Kemp Home Inspection. Allen and his team are very professional. They always on time and the works are very detailed oriented and neat and clean. The jobs are well done and quality of works are excellent and exceed my expectations. We highly recommended Allen and his team for any of your remodeling works. We wish we know Allen earlier. "I asked for a complete bathroom makeover and left the vision up to Mike — and I couldn’t be happier. From securing the foundation and properly waterproofing the space to the final finishing touches, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The black and white tile design is absolutely beautiful and timeless. The built-in bench and handheld shower add comfort and functionality, and I specifically requested a serene, open space without glass — which was executed perfectly. The entire project was completed with great communication, attention to detail, and at a reasonable cost. I absolutely love the finished product and highly recommend Mike, City Renovations & Remodeling, LLC"

Jose delivered on what he promised. I so look forward to our next project. Many kudos to the team (Jose, Gladys, Eric and Leo). Thank you so much. Client forever..."

They are also very responsive to requests, questions, and concerns. We are very happy with our basement. Home Breakthrough has also done a bathroom and a kitchen reno for us as well. Very good work, and reasonably priced."

"Excellent work and superior customer service experience. Everything was timely and went smoothly. D&G Remodeling has more than exceeded my expectations. Truly a job well done ?"

"While it is normal for remodeling projects to create chaos and to be the muse of many a horror story, this ended up with a very pleasant end result. We had a complete renovation down to the studs to bring things up to code, which included ripping out the sub flooring and quite a bit of pipes. Parts were ordered and lost and found. Things went on backorder and were discontinued. We fortunately had a fantastic crew. Ismar (the contractor) did an awesome job of making sure that everything was done to spec and built beautifully. He followed our wishes and came back on the weekend and late to be sure the work was done right. The only real challenges were with the design and oversight from the office, between the designer losing our design specs on the first pass and not communicating proactively about delays or back orders, but thankfully these were more annoyance than problem. After a few handoffs, we got Eric E. as project manager, and he saw us through the rest of the project with much better results and only about 30% oversight still needed from us. Overall, we got a great bathroom out of the deal, so 4 stars."
