"I have a fireplace insert that must be partially dis-assembled so the annual chimney cleaning is always a little more involved than a regular fireplace requires but the workers were able to figure it out. Insert disassembly/assembly and chimney cleaning went smoothly overall. The workers recommended repair work on the crown of the chimney and the flashing between the chimney and the roof but I haven't had a chance to go up on the roof and see what they were talking about and I won't schedule the work until I do.

"The company rapidly responded to the service request and booked an appointment with me in a timely fashion. Technician, John, arrived on time and did call 20-30 minutes prior to arrival. He was polite, profession and respected the property. Quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me with several options after showing me and explaining the issue with the fireplace. Fortunately the parts were in his truck and he was able to quickly effect a repair. Everything was cleaned up and he even cleaned the fireplace glass insert (this is a natural gas fireplace). I am very pleased with this company's professionalism from start to finish. I will be keeping them on file should another issue arise. Thank you Chimney Experts for your assistance!!"
