Reliant Assembly

Kenny did a great job. I would recommend him for your playset and basketball goal needs. On replacing the pad pn the bottom of our Gorilla basketball goal, Kenny knows what he is doing. I would recommend utilizing a professional on this as he explained that when you install the padding on the goal you are drilling very close to glass backboard and iy could shatter the glass if you are not careful/don't know what you are doing.

Kenny assembled two Hemnes six-drawer dressers, two Hemnes side tables, a Hemnes single bed frame with two storage boxes, and a Holmsund 3-seat sleeper sectional. He did an excellent job with the assembly and cleanup, but vastly underestimated how long it would take him to do the work by himself. He arrived around 4:30pm and worked for about eight hours straight. He said this happened because IKEA is always slightly switching up their assembly instructions, so even if one has assembled a given piece of furniture before, the next assembly of the same piece may be quite different. The extended time he spent did not increase his price, and the work he did assembling was flawless. We paid $400 total including tip.

We've used Reliant Assembly on many occasions. Kenny does a terrific job. He's versatile and easy to work with. He even put up about 20 feet of outside fencing for us, which was a kind of job he doesn't normally do. Nonetheless, he did excellent work. We strongly recommend Reliant Assembly.

Excellent. Kenny came out and assembled the chair quickly and also did a small repair on another rocker I had.

I sent them a picture of what it looked like and they informed me exactly what it would cost and I agreed to the price. The next day, the men arrived on time and it was assembled and installed perfectly. I would not hesitate to call them again. They get straight A's a cross the board from me.

Amazing. "Some assembly required" should be changed to "expert required, do not attempt on your own" for most of the stuff we purchase! Ordered a desk with three drawers and a bookcase with three shelves, and double doors with inside shelving for my home office from Wayfair. Great pieces for the price, but arrived in two shrink-wrapped boxes less than 6" deep which meant that there were a gazillion pieces for each item. Reliant Assembly sent a technician (on time) who carried the items to the room for assembly and then worked over 3 hours nonstop to put them together. Both look exactly as pictured and fit perfectly. We would have NEVER gotten these assembled on our own. The price was excellent. Best decision ever!

Great. Kenneth was very professional and did an excellent job. We had a couple of weather-related delays, but once Mother Nature cooperated he got it done.

Very pleasant experience! We scheduled everything via email which made it very easy for me since we were traveling. They had an opening earlier than our originally agreed date and they asked me if I'd like to take that date. Unfortunately, we were our town so we could not, but I appreciated them asking. On the day of assembly, Norbert showed up on time. I showed him where the pallet with the playset was and where we wanted it to go. After he had the main frame assembled he asked me if I liked where it was in our yard. I asked for it to be moved and he had no problem doing so. He made sure everything was level and had the playset assembled in about 8 hours. Even though I stayed home the day that he was assembling the playset, I probably didn't need to be as Norbert only required me to verify the location of the playset and to verify it was assembled to our satisfaction. The directions that came with the set indicated that it would take approximately 20-24 hours to assemble (and it probably would have taken us even longer!) so Norbert's experience with assembling playsets definitely was an advantage! After it was assembled Norbert explained why there were remaining pieces (we added a ramp onto the normal set so the ladder pieces were not needed) and showed us a few minor defects in the wood that he suggested we keep an eye on so we can contact the manufacturer if a replacement is needed in the future. He cleaned up all of the boxes and left our yard as clean as when he arrived. The playset is very sturdy and our daughter loves it!

Kenny did an excellent job and my kids love the set. Despite the fact that these Home Depot supplied sets are modular and a bit complex, he was able to complete it in two days and gave me all the information I needed to be ready on the day of install. He also worked with me on a shipping delay of the set and scheduled me on the next available.

EXCELLENT experience with Reliant. Owner responded to my initial inquiry immediately with quote and scheduling times. He was also very responsive to questions via email that I had about additional items that might be needed and about anchoring this set (not necessary). It was clear that they have prior experience with swingsets and general assembly of playground equipment. They arrived exactly on time and he was meticulous about putting the pieces together and making sure all connections were absolutely secure. This was no "quick and dirty" job and I appreciated his thoroughness. Our space was already prepared with mulch, but he checked in with me about the placement in yard- made sure it was exactly as I wanted and that I was happy with the set's level and stability. He also dug out areas where feet are secured. A very nice, neat job! I could not have asked for a more professional, quality and pleasant experience. The set is very sturdily assembled and safe for my kids. Thank you Reliant!

Owner was highly responsive via email and was flexible when we had shipping delays. The guy who came out to assemble the playset came right when requested. Despite having to come back a second day and issues leveling the sight, the price came in right at the low end of the quote. Playset looks great and has been rock solid over the first two weeks using it. Great service and well worth the price.

They were always responsive when called.  We had to change the date due to a delivery challenge and they were very accommodating.  They arrived on time and were professional in exchanges with staff and very accommodating if we wanted furniture relocated. We also revised the level of service and they were completely accommodating with that. I will contact them if I ever need additional assembly either here at the office or my home. I highly recommend their service.

I was on a time constraint as I was preparing for visitors for the holiday and I needed  to get a 10pc patio set assembled.  I had never used this service before so I was strictly going by previous reviews of this company and they were spot on!
Kenneth answered my call promptly and professionally.  He immediately made me feel comfortable as I explained my situation and he was able to fit me in. He scheduled a technician to assemble my set while I was as work so mind you, I never got a chance to meet the gentleman but when I arrived home, the entire set was done perfectly and the boxes were all lined up neatly for removal.
I was thoroughly impressed!!  Totally sight unseen....very rare these days but it does still happen!

I wish I had found Reliant Assembly first!!  When I called Reliant Assembly, Kenny was very polite, professional and knowledgable about my basketball goal and the installation process. After agreeing upon the date, he kept us informed about the timing and process for my installation.  During phase 1 (2 part process), he showed up and did what was necessary for phase 1.  Because of the weather/scheduling, phase 2 was looking to fall on a holiday weekend (Memorial Day).  Kenny knew and understood I had 2 little boys who were chomping at the bit to have their basketball goal installed, so instead of scheduling phase 2 for after the holiday (potentially 3 additional days), he came on on Sunday of the Memorial Day weekend to complete the job.  The result is a phenomenal basketball goal and 2 ecstatic little boys (and parents)!  Thank you Kenny (Reliant Assembly) for making this installation process flow so smoothly.  
One last thing, as Kenny was leaving, I inquired about a mechanical issue I was having with my garage door opener and without hesitation not only did he take a look at it...he fixed it saving me a large deductible!  I would 1000 %  recommend Reliant Assembly and will definintely use them again for any future installation/assembly needs.
