That struck us as much too high. We then approached JW, which had done work for us in the past, and got an estimate that struck us as reasonable. But to get their top tile installer, Cesar Miranda, we had to wait nearly two months. We decided to wait and are glad we did. When he arrived, he brought three different grout and gave us our choice. He then did an outstanding installation."

Since the furniture was not to be located in an area of the house where the damage would be seen, I asked and the tech offered to re-nail the damaged pieces. If I had done the assembling myself I would have been very annoyed and frustrated and it would have taken me several weeks to assemble all the pieces. I was in awe at how quickly the work was being done. Though costly, for the time, the caring, and the effortless assembling by the tech, trash clean-up was not included (and it was pouring rain that day).
