He worked with our insurance company tirelessly and also kept us informed every step of the way. He and his crew removed our old deck and siding, and built a new deck, a landing and stairs off our kitchen, installed a new sliding door and four windows, replaced our siding and trim, and installed new outdoor lighting. There were a few delays due to the pandemic and materials being readily unavailable from one of the manufacturers, but the timeframe was reasonable given the circumstances. Chris and his crew did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier. We love our beautiful new deck and the new siding and trim. We get so many compliments from our neighbors and passers-by! They did a fantastic job, and we've been enjoying it ever since. After a few winters of freeze and thaw -- as well as misguided power washing on my part -- the polymeric sand that fills the joints between the flagstones required repair. I contacted Steve Schultze, our original project manager, to ask what could be done, and he had a crew out within a week to make the needed repair. The patio looks as good as new, and we look forward to enjoying it for years to come. I'd absolutely do business with them again, given how well they treat customers even after a project is done."
