"Rich was a true professional from the walk through and estimate to performing the carpet cleaning. He explained the process and is very reasonably priced. He cleaned the carpet of a 3 story townhome. The carpet had not been cleaned for many years. The carpet looks like new after the cleaning. It took approximately 4 hours to complete the job. I would highly recommend Rich for all your carpet needs. He also referred me to a contractor that was able to fix a roll in the carpet prior to cleaning."

"It went really well! The Kenya, Cecilia, and Amanda showed up promptly at 8AM and were very accommodating about some particular requests I had concerning some of my things. Very thoughtful service, and were extremely efficient and thorough. They even cleaned my laundry room floor for me! It took them the allotted time, and they were very careful to make sure all of my things were taken care of properly.
