"Rich was a true professional from the walk through and estimate to performing the carpet cleaning. He explained the process and is very reasonably priced. He cleaned the carpet of a 3 story townhome. The carpet had not been cleaned for many years. The carpet looks like new after the cleaning. It took approximately 4 hours to complete the job. I would highly recommend Rich for all your carpet needs. He also referred me to a contractor that was able to fix a roll in the carpet prior to cleaning."

"We were very happy with the cleaning service provided by Skilled Maids. The level of cleaning when beyond our expectations, even cleaning inside appliances. The cleaning crew of 2 arrived on time and immediately got to work. They were fast, efficient and hard working and completed the job in their estimated time frame. The work cost $231 for 5.5 person hrs (2 people for 2.25hrs), which is similar to prices offered by other firms, but the service we received was better than any other cleaning service we have used. Marcus walked me through the process, and pointed out some areas that he had a concern about. When they were finished, he again walked over the cleaned deck with me and made sure I understood the cleaning process and how it would look when dry. Ours is a first-generation Trex deck, and has been installed for about 12 years, and was quite dirty and growing some mold. He did a great job of cleaning it from both ends, and adjusted the dryer hose to an optimal length and resealed it with tape. Also cleaned vents well. I am very particular about mechanics, handymen, and service people. Mack's is on the short list of people I will hire again. The serviceperson was polite and personable as well as very competent. And, he took pains not to track up the carpets. Mack's is a good choice. You'll be satisfied w the results."
