They were 5 hours late on the first day and 4 hours late on the second date. For how expensive the service was, I would expect better communication and ability to keep an appointment. I'd recommend shocking your well yourself, it isn't hard, and spending almost 10 hours waiting on arrival was a hard way to spend my day."
