"Don’t hire The Gutter Guys. This is the second time they came to my house. The first time they did a great job. The second time they ruined the screens on my gutters. I called them to provide feedback. I was not looking for a discount. The customer service was horrible. They said (1) I inspected the work, (2) the screens were old, and (3) they were probably like that for some time. I hung Christmas lights, which I took down in January, and the screens were fine. And, if someone damages your property, you would think they would tell you, instead of driving off. Avoid them!"

The ACC work crews, including carpenters, roofers, and gutter specialists, were highly skilled and experienced. Yanni Agouridis, our project consultant, was extremely helpful in working out the details of the engagement at the outset. Blase Skully, project supervisor and quality assurance manager, was always available to answer many questions and provide advice as we refined the scope of work and the project progressed. He made sure they delivered exactly what we were seeking to accomplish. Blase was also sensitive to ensuring that the historic look of the house was maintained and enhanced by the materials they used and the work they did. The result is beautiful. We get many complements on our new roof and gutters. We highly recommend American Custom Contractors."

"I am not sure how this Company got any 5s. I had a project done years ago and I became the Foreman! Damaged wood installed, door jams installed incorrectly, and I have a “lifetime” warranty on skylights they can never seem to fix and it is causing more damage to items THEY INSTALLED conveniently NOT covered by their warranty. Once I agreed to go all in with this company I stayed with project but in hindsight I wish I had gone with someone else even if they were more expensive! And this Company was not the lowest quote but they were great salesman who have yet to deliver the quality product they promised me. I am very frustrated because I have been dealing with this FOR YEARS! I prefer giving smaller businesses MY business. Not that I have anything against big businesses, I have utilized them too, but this experience is making me rethink small business support with this kind of lack luster overall service. They rushed me for full payment to move on to another project, and since then I have been a non priority. And believe me, I have been extremely patient as I waited for them to make things right before writing an bad review but I am tired of what feels like, the brush off."

"At first great. Meetings good. Demolition good. Some add on costs due to unforeseen damages. We were fine with the extra money. But then it got bad. The tiles and sink were installed completely crooked. It looked insane. The paint was very poor. Instruction not followed for a recessed cabinet and he said we never told him that. I found the email and my husband put a large piece of tape that said “recessed!” But he first informed me I would have to take the cabinet down re-patch, then re-install myself. I said I need the box to take it back and he didn’t have it. So he finally did what he was supposed to do after fighting it. He kept saying the walls were crooked which is why all of the items were crooked. He never asked once if we wanted him to fix the crooked walls. There was chipped tile installed which he did eventually fix. However there is crack in the porcelain tile where there is a crooked corner seam with a toe board that had to be added because the tile was not cut properly. He had to come out to fix caulking around window and tub. He was rude and condescending, especially to myself."

"If I could give 10 stars, I would. For starters, Politz provided a fantastic price for a new roof; lower than competing offers. Moreover, the work commenced and was completed pretty immediately; the team was very diligent putting on the new roof and even more diligent cleaning up afterwards. I’m pretty particular and want to ensure I get value for what I pay and for sure Politz Roofing delivered. I couldn’t recommend Politz roofing more. Thank you, Robert and Nick!"
