At first great. Meetings good. Demolition good. Some add on costs due to unforeseen damages. We were fine with the extra money. But then it got bad. The tiles and sink were installed completely crooked. It looked insane. The paint was very poor. Instruction not followed for a recessed cabinet and he said we never told him that. I found the email and my husband put a large piece of tape that said “recessed!” But he first informed me I would have to take the cabinet down re-patch, then re-install myself. I said I need the box to take it back and he didn’t have it. So he finally did what he was supposed to do after fighting it. He kept saying the walls were crooked which is why all of the items were crooked. He never asked once if we wanted him to fix the crooked walls. There was chipped tile installed which he did eventually fix. However there is crack in the porcelain tile where there is a crooked corner seam with a toe board that had to be added because the tile was not cut properly. He had to come out to fix caulking around window and tub. He was rude and condescending, especially to myself.

CS is excellent. They were flexible about using the materials we provided and prompt with scheduling. Highly recommended.

CS Construction provided all services in a timely and professional manner. We are extremely pleased with the renovation of our hall bathroom and will be seeking their services again for another bathroom project in the future!

CS Construction did an outstanding job on my project. Samir Mammadov, the owner, is a true professional. He provided an accurate estimate on my kitchen remodel and laundry room tile floor installation. The kitchen was remodeled from top to bottom and came out beautifully, as did the laundry room floor. Sam is very personable and provided an accurate estimate at our first meeting and did a fine job guiding me through the whole project. He met with me at the wholesaler to pick out the kitchen cabinets and counter top. Sam and his crew were personable, on time, and did excellent detailed work. Sam really knows his craft in all aspects of the job. I am very pleased and recommend CS Construction very highly.

The bathroom has been transformed from a 1990s look to a 21st century beauty. Samir's knowledge of materials and design helped us to determine what would work for us. We are looking forward to working with him again on another bathroom and/or kitchen renovation. Samir is a very easy and honest person to work with. He truly aims to please the customer.

CS Construction was excellent. They arrived promptly at 8:00 am and worked very full days. They were efficient and completed all the work in one week, which was quicker than we thought possible. The workmanship was beautiful, and they made suggestions along the way to help us overcome some design challenges. It was great that CS is full-service, as they were able to complete some of the remaining items, like wood baseboard in one of the baths.

The contractor communicated effectively, always returning calls in a timely manor, was very professional and polite.  He was helpful with choices, always on time, and the workers cleaned up after themselves daily.

They did an excellent and professional job. They were very punctual and actually completed the job ahead of schedule. There was virtually no disruption in the house. They were very clean, covering the carpets from the front door to the bath. I would definitely hire them again for any future projects. I have actually hired them already to install a new roof.

Everything went very well they arrived every morning when they said they would. Worked beyond 8 hours and showed up everyday until finished. Very respectful and professional. They also finished an unfinished area under my steps.

The remodel went very well.  The slowest part was getting all of the permits and inspections. Between those times the work went quickly.  The contractor was very good about making last minute changes and provided really good advise during the process.

Samir and his crew did an amazing job in my kitchen. I would highly recommend CS Construction to others who are trying to find reliable remodeling company with affordable prices.
