Don’t hire The Gutter Guys. This is the second time they came to my house. The first time they did a great job. The second time they ruined the screens on my gutters. I called them to provide feedback. I was not looking for a discount. The customer service was horrible. They said (1) I inspected the work, (2) the screens were old, and (3) they were probably like that for some time. I hung Christmas lights, which I took down in January, and the screens were fine. And, if someone damages your property, you would think they would tell you, instead of driving off. Avoid them!

"Unfortunately, the information provided by Mr. [Member Name Removed] above is not accurate, except the 2nd, 3rd and 5th sentence. To start there was almost 2 years between the gutter cleanings. When Mr. [Member Name Removed] called to provide "feedback" he was very rude. He was asked several times not to raise his voice and ended the call by hanging up with the customer service rep that was trying to assist him. The screens in reference were the plastic type you can get at any home depot or lowes and the mesh top was dry rotting from sun exposure and wet debris laying on them for months (with pictures for proof). Mr. [Member Name Removed] was present at the time of the cleaning and the only thing Mr. [Member Name Removed] mentioned to the foreman was there were no screens on the rear gutters and that he knew that he needed to install them."

This is the second time we have used Gutter Guys to do our seasonal gutter cleaning. They're an excellent service - easy to contact, easy to schedule, very reasonable rates, and the service is excellent. Gutters always work much better when they're done. And there is no messy debris - they clean up any debris that results from the cleaning work. Highly recommend.

Five stars for our install team ... Eric, Tyler, and Zac. Despite the heat and humidity, they were quite pleasant and friendly, arrived on time, were focused and efficient, and answered all our questions. Several days after the install, the new gutters and guards were put to the test during severe thunderstorms and performed just as we hoped. Would definitely recommend The Gutter Guys!

The Gutter Guys replaced our gutters on our extremely tall row home a few years ago. The gutters have been great. So great in fact that a number of birds have decided to roost in them. The GG came out (in all of the pandemic craziness) to clean the gutters and, at the same time, closed no less than 7 access points in which they discovered birds/nests. I can't say enough about not only the GG crews but also the office staff for their care and professionalism.

They didn't do the downspouts and when I called them to come back out to do that, they charged me another $75.00. I talked to them about this and they were not willing to do anything about it. I will not hire them again.

"The original cleaning was performed at the beginning of May. A couple weeks later we received a call that the gutters were having issues. We went back out for free to check the gutters and informed the homeowner that her underground drains were clogged and there was new debris inside of her gutters (at this time pictures were provided to show the new debris). We agreed to clean the gutters at half price (since they we recently done) and we would see what we could do with the underground drains (outside our scope of work). After we cleaned the gutters the underground drains could not be unclogged without the use of machinery that we do not own. On the receipt we wrote “Both under grounds are clogged. Give us a call and we will come put elbows for free if you please”. That was over 6 months ago from when this review was written, and we never received another phone call after the receipt was left."

From the initial phone call to the completion of the job, Gutter Guys proved themselves to be a top notch company. The office staff is friendly and organized. The gentleman who came for the estimate was knowledgable, thorough and patient with my many questions. The crew was prompt, respectful and professional. They did a terrific job replacing our entire gutter system and cleaned up beautifully. The Gutter Guys' pricing is reasonable and fair. I highly recommend them!

5 star. We were away during first rainstorms but it appears there were no problems. In terms of removal of old and installation of new, including complete cleanup, Steve and his crew exceeded all expectations. We will be here to see how the new system works for coming storms.

Not happy with Gutter Guys. I hired them to replace a gutter and fix a downspout. I was told they would be out in 1 to 2 weeks. I called several times to see when they would schedule me. Finally 19 days later they come out. I come home and find out they only did half the job. I call them at 11:30 am and am told they can't reach the guys in the field and will finish it either today or tomorrow. They will call me back and let me know when. It has been 5 hours and no one is calling me back. What company "forgets" to do half the work?

I had a leak getting into one of my spare bedroom windows and guessed it was coming from the gutter. I called for an estimate, and they sent someone out quickly. He confirmed the gutters were starting to pull away from the house, and pointed out they were too small. He recommended a larger size, with a gutter guard to minimize maintenance. He answered all my questions in detail, and explained everything the job would entail. They did have to postpone the installation due to high winds, but still installed it within the timeframe they estimated. Their work has a lifetime guarantee. They also left me a free, extensible brush to clean the gutter opening without a ladder. Great work!

Gutter Guys installed my gutters several years ago. Since then, I have paid them to come back and clean them every fall. They were here today and, under the supervision of Josh, did another great job. They cleaned the gutters, got branches off the roof, tightened some loose gutter screws, and left the place completely cleaned up. Thanks for another year of good work, guys!

They were out quickly for an estimate and explain how their gutter guard worked. We were told that they were backed up for about 3 weeks and someone would call in about 2 1/2 weeks to set up installation. Which was fine with us. The only negative thing we have to say is that we ended up getting a call and asked if they could come out the following day and they couldn’t give us an exact time. Fortunately I was available. The gutter installers introduced themselves, asked if I had any questions and got right to work. It didn’t take long. They took pictures of the completed job and made sure I was happy with the everything. We would recommend them.
