We loved working with Chris. He is on top of his business but at the same time he is laid back and easy to work with. Chris has great experience in the real estate business and is very knowledgeable. There was never a question that he could not answer. His experience was helpful when it came to selling our house since he seems to know so many people in the area and has a great network of real estate friends. He priced our house perfectly to get it sold and still get the funds we needed. Step by step he got us through the process and we are so happy in our new home. Our family will only ever use Chris Rosendale. Good guy.

My realtor worked constant for showings and a contract. The house is still for sale after the first contract fell through. Just re-listed but we are confident he will get it sold.

An overall great experience. My wife and I had our ups and downs while looking for a house. Chris kept us informed of all of our options as well as remaining incredibly patient with us. He has a great deal of knowledge about the local area and the housing market. He catered to our needs and showed us the best matches for what we were looking for and what we could afford. This was my first time buying a house, but I am sure that you can't find a better realtor.
