"BEWARE!!! I have been waiting since June for a roof/gutter install to be completed. I just received a letter dated 8/31/22 saying this company is "closing its doors". I cannot get a hold of the salesperson (JEFF DUSCHL) or production manager (LUIS ISHIKAWA) and I'm afraid I will have to seek legal action to get my deposit back."

Also, builder didn’t use full dimensional lumber, but used ijoists without fire protection. Carried plastic gas line through the crawl space wall. Used 5x5 wooden piers to hold up my home instead of building block piers. Had to install jack posts to cover for this."

Eric and Jerry showed up on time and in about an hour, they replaced the boots around the vent pipes, sealed them, sealed around the chimney, and also sealed a dozen or more nail pops in the roof that they found while inspecting it. They showed before and after pictures of all the work. They were extremely nice and professional.
