Found them on Angie's List. Great working with Bill! Took 1 day longer than expected but I'd rather that than rushed. Very professional, punctual and reliable. Cleaned up everyday including rolling a magnet everyday. Would use them again and recommend to anyone.

The folks at All Exteriors were VERY good. They answered the first call to them, made an appointment and a representative arrived ahead of time to do the repair work needed. The job could have neen completed withtn three hours of my initial call but the craftsman who was doing the repair did not like the match of his available parts to what was on our home. He said they woyuld make the correct sized piece and replace it for a better appearance to our home. He was right! The repair looks great and they DID NOT charge extra for the making of the new part!

Several property inspectors, licensed contractors have stated they have never seen such poor work ever. Rake board and drip edges not installed, nail pattern, incorrect underlayment for pitch of roof. Scrap shingles were used on the garage. They reframed the house and it is now less stable than before. Extreme issues in joists and improper LVL installation. I have several reports and 1000s (literally) of pictures. I asked the owner for a refund of my money ( I gave him almost 21k plus 3600 in materials) plus have spent another 11k in cleaning up after his crew, property inspections and delays.

"All Exteriors tries to provide the best quality service possible. Fascia boards and drip edge could not be installed because the power line needed to be removed first which I explained Mrs. [Member Name Removed]. There were no scrap shingles used a few cap were damaged from where they were separated. We fixed immediately. Floor joists were installed correctly when first installed. Mrs. [Member Name Removed] decided to open up some interior walls which she hired another contractor to do. The framing of the interior walls were tied to the floor joists and when removed to install the headers joists were not put back correctly. We told Mrs. [Member Name Removed] All Exteriors will not be held responsible if our work was damaged. The contractor who was hired to install lvls installed 2x10s for the headers instead. The span was to far and 2x10s we’re splitting. Mrs. [Member Name Removed] asked if we could install lvls in place. We removed 2x10s and installed lvls in place exactly the way the original contractor had them. We are a roofing and siding company which I told Mrs.[Member Name Removed] and we’re just trying to help our customer out in the situation she was in with the house. There were multiple contractors working in the house including Mrs. [Member Name Removed] her kids, friends ect.. Inspection report showed multiple things from every contractor failed because of the conditions of the house. It was built in 1935 and was bought at an auction sight un seen to flip. Unfortunately when properties are bought in the condition such as the home in question it’s hard to bring up to code without demoing and starting over completely. We were trying to work with Mrs.[Member Name Removed] to resolve the issues but received a threatening letter so we decided to have our legal team handle it from here"

Excellent work, service, price!! All Exteriors was 1 of 5 companies I contacted for a quote. Bill came and walked roof, explained material options, addressed all my concerns with various leakpoints I’d discovered upon moving into my home. He communicated promptly regarding scheduling, his crew was great, they worked efficiently to complete my roof same day. They cleaned up all the materials upon completion and showed me at different points how they addressed the pre-existing damage/leaks. I will definitely use All Exteriors again. In fact, planning to hire for exterior wall of home that also has extensive water damage (from roof problem). Unfortunate to have this going on with newly purchased home but having a reliable, competent contractor makes a huge difference.

Bill (owner) was very responsive from my first call for an estimate all the way throughout the job. His crew manager (Jerry) also kept us updated and answered our questions. All of the crew were polite and hard workers. The new roof looks great and they left everything neat & clean everyday. We can highly recommend All Exteriors.
