Rudy and crew worked very hard to get our new Trilliant propane insert installed. Tiffany did a wonderful job of getting the new fireplace set-up for use. "The company called me at work to let me know when the technician would arrive; he was waiting in my driveway when I got there. He went over the fee structure and company policies, then reviewed my list of projects.
