"Tru Integrity, LLC lives up to their name. My basement flooded twice this year due to sump pump failures so my husband and I knew it was time to make some major changes. We interviewed 3 companies, even big name companies and Wendell (the owner) was the only one that explained things and did a thorough assessment of our property to figure out how to fix our sloping and minor foundation issues and within our budget. His team arrived on site on time and worked a full day until the job was completed. Our basement was left cleaner than they found it. We added another sump pump due to the size of our basement and that drain well looks better than our original. This will allow any water that maybe overworking the main pump to be redirected and pumped out on the opposite side of the house. I'm happy with the look and everything is so quiet now."

"We got 5 estimates from companies regarding a leak in our office and adjoining storage unit. This was the only company that accurately pinpointed the problem , which was a leak coming from gaps surrounding our electrical conduit pipe. Other companies had quoted us 6400$ to dig up the front yard and redo everything from the outside. Others wanted to dig up the inside. "We received quotes from four companies - Drainage & Erosion Solutions' pricing was fair and the quality of their work & our experience with them seemed too good to be true. So much so that I've waited for nine months to post a review to be sure the drains they installed addressed the flooding issue. The project included installing five catch basin drains, over 70 feet of 4 inch drain pipe and another 70 feet of six inch drain pipes as well as replanting flower beds, regarding several areas, and installing river rock in two of the drainage beds. The drains have performed exceptionally well. What used to be a river forming on one side of our house, now quickly drains into five catch basin drains they installed. In addition, they were very concerned with aesthetics and made the drain areas look wonderful. They were prompt, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them. Also, and perhaps most importantly, their recommended solution addressed the root cause of our flooding issues. Two of the other companies we received quotes from accepted that water would get into our crawlspace as a premise. "Excellent job all around. The work was done in late March, 2019, but I waited to post this review until after a heavy rainstorm. The storm of July 8, 2019 (>4"/hr) would normally have caused water to seep up through the concrete floor. After the storm, there was not even a drop. The sump was dry. The job was messy: jackhammers and lots of dust. They left it clean. One cannot even see where they cut the lawn to get the pipe to the curb. My only critique is that the new concrete poured to replace the broken floor should have been completely leveled. From initial estimate to installation, excellent work."

"Installation went very well. Oct 25: Rob Figliozzi came out to evaluate the work needed and brought two workers to install the sink faucet and drain/trap. He determined what parts were needed for the tub/shower and ordered the parts. He texted me when the parts came in 3 days later and Chris Hanes came out to install. Chris is a very pleasant young man and did a great job with the installation, and Rob was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend."
