"Wendell and his son did a great job in repairing my basement wall which has been leaking water whenever a storm came in. Wendell provided a lot of information while setting up the appointment and diagnosing the issue. "While the issue was improved and water flowed more quickly down the tub drain, the problem was not completely solved. I was told the plumber would wear gloves and shoe covers. He did neither. Further, I went to check on him at one point in the house and he had his mask down during the COVID pandemic. It was $349 to snake the drain 25 feet (note it's $49 just to have them come out). Upon inspection of other issues in the house, they suggested I replace a toilet bowl at a parts + labor cost of $750-$950 depending on the bowl I selected. The plumber engaged in a debate about my desire to get a second opinion. In general, I found their pricing to be high and unmatched to the service."
