I originally had this contractor give me an estimate for carpet installation for 3 rooms on the first floor of my house. The estimate was so reasonable that I contracted for 4 rooms of carpet, a new vinyl floor in the kitchen and the entire 2400 Sq Ft house painted for less than 5k. This is not a do the job and run contractor. After all these jobs were done (about 10 days) he called me for a walk thru and we identified the little things that needed further touch ups and had them all fixed in 1 day. If you have a job that needs done, I highly recommend this company.
