Regular maintenance of system they installed was not performed when they filled salt and chemicals, resulting in a costly, foreseeable replacement part and and ridiculously overcharge for installing it. The chemical pump had been failing for some time, leaking the chemicals onto the cement floor, which is permanently stained. They just kept filling it. Only when I noticed the staining and the water turned orange and asked what was up did the worker say there was a problem. He said a tiny tube in the pump was clogged, and because we had failed to replace it, we needed to buy a whole new pump. When I asked why they hadn’t replaced the tube during their regular visits, they falsely claimed they had advised us that it was necessary. As I was the on.y one dealing with them, this was patently false. To add insult to injury, the worker said,”l guess it’s a he said, she said thing.” and laughed derivisively. Further, when looking up the part, it’s available online for less than $50. They charged $400 with labor. They are ill named. They had no integrity in this situation and should reconsider their business practices and the use of terminologywhen discussing problems with customers.
Response from Integrity Water Solutions
"I apologize for what seems like a delay in responding to this review. The email saying you left a review just came on March 23, 2019 but it looks like you dated the work 9/26/2016 but I show the last visit to your house was November 5, 2015. I am also confused on the nature of the complaint and the cost of the work. You had purchased a house in which we installed a system for the previous owner. We installed the system in December 2010 and took care of the system for over 4 years when she sold her home to you. The first visit for you was done in July 2014. We continued to fill/maintain the system until November 2015. Unfortunately we did find a problem with the unit on our visit on November 5, 2015; the head on the feed pump had cracked. This is a unit that is used every single day/every time water is run and in the 5 years since installation it was the only thing that had needed any sort of repair. The part was charged at $278 which included the labor - not $400. The total bill was $452.41 however that also included chemicals, salt, chlorine, and filling the chemical feeder. The part and labor alone did not total that amount. We did break this down by line item on the service ticket. Other than that $278 all previous services were for regular maintenance of filling salt and chemicals. This was done over three years ago and I do apologize if there was a problem with my technician. I would have handled this immediately if it had been brought to my attention. I also would have been happy to explain the breakdown of charges and why the part may have failed after 5 years of use. The previous homeowner purchased the system and going back through the records I do not see where a cost of $2500 was incurred. The pump tube should be replaced yearly which the previous owner was doing. Since this is an extra charge from the regular delivery service we do not perform the service without prior approval. The reminder letter was mailed on November 17, 2014 since the service would have been due in December 2014. I apologize if this was not made clear to you as the new homeowner and I will make sure my staff is aware that when ownership changes we need to ensure they understand the maintenance that is required. I appreciate your feedback and would have liked the opportunity to correct any issues when they occurred a few years ago. Thank you - Alison (owner)"

The experts at Integrity Water Solution (IWS) are as honest as I have found in any services industry. They are also extremely knowledgeable and competent. IWS replaced an old water softener with a new unit, along with installing a new filter. They are punctual, polite, friendly, and most importantly, conscientious that their customers do not always understand how the technology works or what needs to be done. They exercise patience, and are happy to elaborate in detail to answer questions from their clients. Perhaps most importantly, for those of us on a budget, they make an extended effort to ensure they are working with what you have. They never try to upsell just for the sake of profit. In my case, they were very blunt that some of the units I was considering were unnecessarily expensive/advanced for my needs. As a consumer, I can’t ask for more.

We were VERY impressed with the work done. Our home had extremely poor water pressure and they installed a booster pump and now our water pressure is amazing, particularly in the shower! We are also very pleased with the water filtering system they installed so that our drinking water is now far healthier to consume. Kent and Jake from Integrity are very professional, knowledgeable and hard working. A very positive experience. We will continue to use their services and we will recommend them to family and friends!

Kent was extremely punctual and friendly when he arrived. He looked over our pulsatron pump to determine what the issue was and figured it out and repaired it within an hour. We were pleasantly surprised with the reasonable price for the service call and repair. We will definitely call them again.

Integrity did a great job. The showed up for the first appointment to look at and service my old malfunctioning water softener right on time and were very efficient. We discussed it and decided that a replacement system made sense. They did a water analysis and made a recommendation on a new system. They were able to accommodate the date that I requested for installing the new system and showed up right on time again and had the new system installed quickly, neatly and professionally and spent time explaining it.

The water in the house, while drinkable, smells and tastes disgusting. Though the softener really needed to be replaced, Kent was understanding that this was not currently in the budget. Instead, he provided a list of steps that would improve the taste/smell of the water without incurring significant additional costs (or a full hardware replacement). Instead of charging his full rate for a house call, he charged only a fraction of that, mostly for the chemical solution he supplied during the visit. I should also add that Kent went out of his way to accommodate my schedule and came to the house after normal business hours. Kent did provide an estimate of the full cost to have a new softener installed. However, there was no sales pitch to do it sooner rather than later. Additionally, he encouraged me to keep him informed about the current water softener and whether the recommended steps to improve the water were working. The bottom line is he was honest and accommodating. Not only will I use his company, I will recommend him to anyone who needs a water softener or needs to have one serviced.

Their serviceman was on time, courteous, efficient, and very obviously knowledgeable as he solved the problem immediately. He explained how this happened and offered some suggestions to prevent a recurrence of this problem. Because he was so honest and our water conditioning system really does need to be upgraded, I asked for an estimate for a new system, which he provided. We intend to use them to replace our system in the near future. An excellent, family-owned business!

All my neighbors have a well-known national chain of water purification company, and all their water stinks. We have incredibly high iron here, 18ppm, so standard water purification solutions tend to fall short. Despite my qualms, Integrity's solution works flawlessly. Clean water, 15gpm after the Big Blue Filter and plenty after the rest of the system to serve the house. Yay!

Kent, the technician, arrived on time, introduced himself, was friendly, courteous and professional through out.  He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem and my water is now perfect again.  He diagnosed and repaired the simplest, least expensive thing first (which needed repair) and worked his way up to the pump -- which is a $750 item online, but was able to rebuild it much cheaper.  I highly recommend them!!

Can you give a grade better than A++?
The owner of Integrity Water Solutions was punctual, informative and courteous. He was able to walk me, a neophyte, through the operation of all parts of the water treatment system with tips and suggestions for maintenance and improvements. Most importantly, he diagnosed my problem and was able to quickly resolve it.
Without a doubt, I would use Integrity Water Solutions for necessary work and for someone to whom I could rely upon for a referral to another person/company for just about any type of work.

I called the day before based on Angie's List recommendation and Jeff offered to come the next day. He and his other man came promptly within the timeframe offered. They quickly diagnosed the problem (actually two) and had anticipated the situation having brought replacements parts. They installed a new chemical feed pump and water flow switch (the only one were over 25 years old). they completed the work in about an hour and set the ph level. I founds them very easy to deal with, obviously very knowledgeable and as best as I can tell, reasonable with the pricing.

I sent service requests to four different water treatment companies through Angie's List and Integrity Water Solutions called back in less than an hour's time (one other called the next day and two others never responded at all). The young lady was very pleasant on the telephone and after asking some questions, she even offered advice over the telephone to answer some of my concerns. She clearly explained what to expect from the service call, as well as the cost. She asked to verify the brands of the systems in place so that the technician would be well informed before-hand and have the proper filters on hand for the service call. Based upon the professionalism and helpfulness of the initial call, I decided immediately to schedule a service call with Integrity. Integrity also was able to schedule the service call quickly - within a day or two.
The technician arrived earlier than the scheduled time; however, this wasn't a problem. He was very knowledgeable regarding the systems and explained both how the systems operate, as well as routine maintenance. He performed water tests to verify the operation of the water softener, re-set the water softener regeneration cycle (which was functioning), showed how to drain the in-line filters (which didn't appear to have been done by the previous owner in some time), as well as how often to add salt. On the reverse osmosis system, he also checked the water to verify operation of the system and changed the filters (also which hadn't been changed in some time by the previous owner). I appreciated that he cheerfully answered even my simplest questions regarding the systems; I am confident now that I know how that my systems are functioning properly, have clean filters and what is needed to maintain the systems. He also left his card and company contact information if additional questions arise in the future.
Integrity Water Solutions is one of those gem companies you find on Angie's List that exceed expectations and which you feel confident in using in the future.

We had a great experience hiring Integrity Solutions to install our new water softener and reverse osmosis system. Kent, and Jake and team provided solid information, and great customer service. Their product line is quality, and working well. We went with their top of line Hellebrand softener, and reverse osmosis. We will be contacting them again to discuss additional needs.

I called Integrity Water late on a Monday evening in desperate need of having a water softener system replaced the next day in order to go to close in two days on the purchase of a house. Integrity Water answered the call after office hours and I received a call back within an hour by an employee who would fit me into the schedule the next day. They called first thing in the AM to confirm the time of the appointment and called when they were in route (an hour ahead of schedule). They were extremely professional, pleasant to deal with, honest, and flexible. Their unit was a bit more expensive then the one we would have purchased through another company. But their flexibility, timeliness, and professionalism made the transaction worth every penny. We were able to go to close on schedule because of them!

i needed to replace an old water softener. I got quotes from several companies and like the attitude and the price of Integrity the best. They showed up when they said they would, did a good job and now the system works perfectly. Their charge was exactly what they quoted me, no extra unstated charges....I would use them again.
