My only issue was when we were arranging for him to come over the first time we had a reschedule a couple of time because he ran long in another appointment. But it worked out well and I thought he was very knowledgeable and professional.
UPDATED SEPTEMBER 5, 2012:
Previously posted negative review of this company. Have now had the system for almost 2 years. Was not happy with some hidden cost such as filters. But have given the system time to work and is doing excellent. Drinkable water, which was not possible before and pressure is up. Scott did offer to do whatever it took to fix the system. I have not been on angies list in awhile, so it took me awhile to correct this previous review.
"The customer has stated that he has regretted posting this review. He has a low pressure problem with his well system that needs to be fixed and doesn't have the money for right now. The system is working fine and he has no complaints."
