"Corey was very prompt in responding to my request for an estimate. After getting three other estimates, Corey's estimate was a fair price--the best price for the most work I requested. He was very professional. His crew who poured the concrete were hardworking and very courteous and professional. After the concrete was poured and set up, his uncle came by and cut the stress relief cuts in the concrete. I was worried about how this would go. He was a perfectionist at placing the cuts. The driveway and sidewalk look beautiful. Next, one of Corey's long time associates came by and put in two stairway railings. They were authentic wrought iron railings that he painted black. He was so nice, extremely good and very professional. The whole job has improved that side of my house 1000%. I can't express how pleased and extremely satisfied I am with PVI Group and especially Corey. He finished the job Sunday morning by putting a seal coat on the finished concrete. "Don’t touch this company with a ten foot pole. The workers only stay until 2-3pm each day, they don’t come prepared so there end up being multiple trips and breaks. Because of this the work took longer than quoted I was out of a shower in a single bathroom home for an additional week, paying for a hotel room to shower. I found multiple areas of missing grout that had to be filled in with caulk since the grout had dried. The sink leaked right after instal. The bathtub drain wouldn’t close and the worker informed me they didnt think it would close when they installed it but they didnt check or tell me. They had to come back not even a month later to re-caulk the bathtub because it had cracked. The bathtub caulk has cracked again, and i’ve found cracks in the grout of the floor tiles now. I finally took a bath for the first time and I woke up to a giant wet spot on the ceiling in the room below the bathroom the next morning. Hopefully they can figure it out and fix it but never again will I be using them."
